My guess would be fundamental fox and its battery as a first attempt
level two
I changed the battery in the fob but information technology didn't change anything sadly

Sounds similar a keyfob battery.

If not the battery, try the PATS antenna. In that location should be two. Near the center console most likely. Might want to actually pay the dealer, they may take that $100 and use it to assist pay for the repair

Call effectually to other shops. Why does no one do this?

I had this problem on my 2013 Chrysler 300. For me information technology was just a loose fuse. I pushed information technology back in and all is well. I had also changed the flim-flam batteries and was told it could exist the antenna needing replacement. Fortunately that was not the case. When the event start presented itself, i pulled over and turned off the engine. It wouldn't let me start it again until the issue was resolved.
level 2
I tried to wait at the fuses and there was no luck sadly

You pay for diagnosis, and the expertise they have. I mean, you could try to cheap out. But, yous might non get information technology stock-still either. Pay the stealership.
level 1
Pay $100 to find out, or pay $0 to ask a forum of strangers that however don't know.
Tough telephone call.
level ii
I've learned a shit load more than from auto forums about my cars so a dealership would ever teach.
level 1
A piddling disappointing that a cartalk thread would mostly suggest just paying the money to the dealership..
