5. Restart your computer.

2. Right click at BITS service select Properties.
3. Ensure that the Startup type is set to "Automatic (Delayed Start)" and printing the Start button to kickoff the service (if it is not started). Click OK.
iv. Then right click at Windows Update service and choose Properties.
5. Ensure that the Startup type is set to "Automated (Delayed Start)" and press the Start button to starting time the service (if it is not started). Click OK.
